West-Way is proud to be Ottawa’s only family owned and operated taxi company celebrating over 30 years of exceptional customer oriented service.  We have grown from 20 cars in 1982 to a fleet of over 325 cabs including the most accessible vans and standard vans of any local company.  We are here to meet all our client’s needs 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

 

In addition to serving the Greater Ottawa-Carleton region, we are proud to be the exclusive provider of on demand taxi service at the Ottawa Macdonald Cartier International Airport.   West-Way is the Capital’s “specialist” in providing transportation to the health care community.  Our cars are exclusively located in front of the majority of Ottawa’s hospitals, and provide Para Transit services for the City of Ottawa.

 

Our vehicles are computer dispatched and GPS tracked for your convenience and safety.  Prior to beginning work at West-Way, all our drivers are trained in customer service skills, and many have upgraded their training by taking additional courses in defensive driving and transporting persons with disabilities.
